Guy A gets his visa-nation gf here on fiancee visa while he is still married but divorce is promised to be final before end of fiance visa.
Guy A non UK national (dunno which country) but has UK residence was married in his country, divorce coming through from same...
Of course, divorce didn't come thru in time so what are options? Can u apply for extention to fiancee visa and expect section 3 protection? I'm not sure since fiancee visa is six months, marry or go home. Cannot be extended or can it?
Or must the visa be reapplied from her home country?
