Final check: PEO appointment on 4th dec

Post by ilrseekerlondon » Tue Dec 03, 2013 2:10 am

Hello friends,

Final check for my wife's set-o appointment on Wednesday, please review the document list below and suggest if we are good to go.

Case: Wife is PBS dependent applying via set-o, I got ilr in march'13 under wp-t2ict 5 year route

Documents we are taking:
A/ wife & self passport and brp
B/ marriage certificate
C/ liuk and esol certificates
D/ co-hab documents:
  • Joint council tax bill X 3
Wife: bank statements, NHS letters, NI letter, home office letters,
Self: bank statements, NHS letters, home office letters, utility bills, DVLA
Please suggest if we would need any other documents as I am a bit concerned with the lack of document requirements as per set-o ( although its a good thing but surprising given the documents that I had to collect for my ilr process).

Regards,
ILRSeekerLondon.

Include the last 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements if employed. The cohabitation documents should be spread over the last 2 years, a joint letter or one each for every 4 months from a total of at least 3 different sources.

Thanks a lot amber for coming back on this. I have included the Cohab and bank statements But haven't got the attested payslips, have just got the Internet printouts for the last two motnths, will this create an issue.
