Finally got passport with visa stamped in more than 7 months

Finally got passport with visa stamped in more than 7 months

Dear all,

Finally I got my passport with 3 years visa stamped this morning in more than 7 months. Now i got rid of most terrible time period.

I was in Highly Skilled Migrant Program since June, 2007 and I have applied for tier 1 extension on 1st week of june 2009. I am employed and self employed as well. But the Home Office rejected my application and i got the rejected letter on 3rd week of June 2009. The Home Office indicated about my corroborate profit. I have sent all the supported evedience such as, bank statement, pay slips, business statements, invoices, accountant report, etc. I received the right appeal.

* I got the appeal date on 20th August 2009.
* Judge allowed my case and got the judge letter on 4th of September 2009.
* My solicitor got the passport call in letter from UKBA on 30th October 2009.
* I sent my passport with 2 photographs on 02nd November 2009.
* Finally got the passport with visa stamped this morning on 06th january 2010.

I was wonder, because I was confident that I have sent with full account report. How it was lost, I dont know. But I received the right appeal.

Did you ever chased HO after your appeal ? if so can you provide the address or the FAx no ?

No. I didn't. I regularly communicated with my solicitor. My solicitor gave me tentative time figure. Within this time figure, i received the passports.
