Financial Documents to provide for Spouse Visa - Egypt

Post by Abelel » Wed Oct 19, 2011 1:15 pm

Hi,

I am putting together the financial documents required for evidence of my income and need some guidance on if I am putting enough information in.

I have been to all of the relevant websites for guidance and also tried to phone the Embassy as a couple of people have suggested but they don't take calls. Therefore I am posting these queries here as they are specific questions which aren't answered on the website.

Personal finances:
Personal bank statements to be submitted (min. 6 months)
Savings bank statements to be submitted

P60:
Do I need to put this in?
I have a personal tax computation from my accountant which shows my income but don't have a P60 for the last financial year yet (previous ones would be old and irrelevant)
Should I put in the personal tax computation with a covering letter from my accountant to certify that it is accurate?

Company accounts:
I am the sole director of a company.
I have annual accounts going up to April 2011 which I believe I should also submit.
I have been advised that these should be notarised. Is that also by a Notary Public (like a passport) or can the accountant just stamp them? They are bound accounts with the accountant name on them.
Do I also need to submit bank statements for the company or is it sufficient that there is income going into my personal account as seen on my personal bank statements?

I appreciate this is a lot of questions. Help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

A
