Financial req for spouse visa & passport certification h

My husband did his spouse visa 12th October. I have had the phonecall from the UKBA in London a few days ago. I am worried about two things they might refuse us on can anyone please advise.

I didnt get my passport certified by a solicitor

I earn £45k a year but due to redundancy jan - march this year I have been living in my overdraft of £1000. Will they look at this even though my income is sufficent? I started work in middle of March and they have all my payslips and income expenditure sheet.

Please can someone advise
