Financial requirement under Category B

Hello everyone

I started a job on 06/06/16 but been made redundant and my last day will be 07/12/16. My salary is £20000 per annum. Actual earnings about £10k.

I will be on another job on the 08/12/16. Salary £21000 per annum.

Can I apply for spouse visa starting January 17 with the paylsip of my new job.

Anyone who can advise me would be a life saver.

I have very recently applied for my wife visa and i did change my job 3 months ago. however, under catagory A>>>> then B...if you are employed with your current employer for less than 6 months and prior to that you must be in employment for at least 12 months..

if you have changed job and applying in January then you will need to show last 12 months bank statements and payslips of continuous employment. and minimum salary for both jobs must be £18600...
