British father with two wives, one in the UK and the other lives overseas. Children were born after the father gained citizenship. so, children are British citizens by default.
to apply for a British passport for children:
1—The marriage with the second wife should be mentioned, and the marriage certificate should be submitted with the application for the passport for children, or Not. Considering that the second marriage is not recognized unless it is done after divorcing the first wife. OR it should not be mentioned! does it add any value to provide proof of second marriage.
2 - to save time and remove doubts of the case worker, is it advisable to get the DNA test done voluntarily and have results submitted with the application? OR should wait till the case worker asks for further evidence
Appreciate your help.
thanks,
