First spouse visa separation

I’m uk citizen married to Tunisian national, I bought him to uk on spouse visa may 2023 he was given 2years 9 mths visa, after 4 mths he left me aweek before he found a job,after he moved out. We got back together after a few mths, then in June 24 Separated again but still living at the same address till he left November 24,our marriage was very toxic, i had not seen or heard from him since, however I drove past him one evening, I was driving & he was walking, shouting to my car you bitch, I informed home office online of our separation, I have heard he is trying to stay due to mental health & domestic violence, this is not true & no evidence to support this, he didn’t support me financially, built up debt , Visa cards. Store cards, on line credit,his only intention was to support his family back home, our marriage was so toxic that I dare not go out knowing he still here, I do know his bro card now e visa was shorten to may 25, Any idea if he will be deported? Would be great full

His staying here or getting deported isn't in your hands. The most you can do is what you've done. The government would assess the situation and deal with it accordingly.

He's not a document that you can DHL back. There's always multiple sides to every story. Your side, his side and 3 other side at least.
