First tier tribunal

We received first tier tribunal hearing today...but the place is far from where we live...can we ask them to change to a hearing center that is near us? Thanks

You have to go to the centre you were given

thanks OBIE for replying but why they didnt give the hearing at the nearest place??? plz can you kindly explain this? many thanks

They have catchment areas. It is likely that the center you were given is one of the catchment for your area.

hi could u tell me when did u applied for FTT date of application i just want to know current time line of hearing date how long now days court will take to give hearing dates thank you.
