First time Visa renewal help

Hi all I'm new to the forum , I'm in the process of filling out my wifes first visa renewal which is mostly strait forward . I'm stuck on What type of visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission do you have to be in the UK? I don't know if it would be Settlement or the Family option that i need to tick.

Were Married with a child but we met when she was a overstayer . She was granted to stay on the 10 year route , She's from Morocco and her Visa States type of permit Leave to remain. And I'm a British Citizen if this info helps.

We summitted a police report with her first visa as there was reasons that had made her become a overstayer would it be needed to be submitted again on a renewal or will that not be needed as she now has a valid visa

If anyone has any idea it would be gratefully appreciated

It appears FLR FP and with the overstaying you can not state it's mostly straight forward.

It's a renewal, so prior overstaying isn't an issue anymore. She needs to apply as a spouse of a Brit FLR (M), 5 years route to ILR. This would shorten her visa application by 2.5 years. "If you meet all requirements"!
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
