Hi everybody.
My wife had lived over here in the uk for a year under a tier 2 visa. she was eligible for a tier 1 back in march, the govmnt changed the criteria for a tier 1 in April and then again in July, by then she had quit her job and so after exhausting every possibility out there we decided to get married in August so that we could be together. She had travelled to the USA to apply from there paying for the premium service, around a week later the application was refused due to a lack of evidence. We are able to appeal but have been advised to apply again.
I am having a few concerns and would like them eased by you guys if possible.
basically in bullet form this is our situation:
She has a job lined up on November 1st.
i am unemployed.
We are planning to live with my parents temporarily until we can find a place together.
what she will earn is enough to cover our living costs.
in the refusal letter they had asked for declarations from my parents saying that they are happy for us to live there.
where can i find a template for this?
Also what do you think our chances are?
any other docs we should perhaps provide?
thanks for your help.
