Five years plan to start Feb ??? according to below link

Who does it effect the people who are to apply for PR on Feb?

BC,

Please read the news article slowly and clearly...

there is no mention of scheme commencing in Feb :roll:

The scheme will take about 12 to 24 months to innitiate... and it is very UNLIKELY that it would apply retrospectively :lol:
