Fixed Penalty Traffic Offence and FLR (HSMP)

Post by makon » Fri Jul 06, 2007 10:47 am

Is there anyone out there who been given a fixed penalty and was able to renew his HSMP?

I drove 35 mph on a 30 mph road in UK and was given a fine of £60 and 3 points on my license.

Just wondering how the Home Office would treat this when I disclose it during my renewal.

hi der,
first of all why do you need to submit your driving history for the flr.
Even if you submit I dont think speeding ticket will have any effect on your flr.

I think the term 'traffic offences' refers to major accidents in which driver was sentensed. I dont think penalties are included in that.

I dont think you need to mention that in application
