FLR (M) - 1.7 Any other names

My wife is filling in her application with her maiden name (name on passport)

Regarding 1.7 Any other names by which you are known

My wife's name on passport is her maiden name, while that on bank-statements, letters is her married name.

Does that mean we need in 1.7 with her married name?

How is it possible. Her name on the Passport must match with her bank statements otherwise your bank statement will not be accepted by H.O. The Bank never opens bank accounts without checking passports and how can they print different name on the Bank statement.?

The Passport is the first document where you change you name after marriage and then you change on other documents.
