FLR FP APPLICATION DIDNT REDIRECT ME TO SOPRA SEPIA

Hello everyone,

I recently completed my husband's online application for the FLR FP. After paying the IHS fee then the application fee, I wasn't redirected to a website to create an account then book my appointment for biometrics. I was straight away directed to a website and told to enter my postcode, pick a center and pick my appointment. I received an email confirmation and that was that. However, on a fb support group I am on, everyone seems to have been redirected to create an account and could self upload their documents or choose to pay £45 for the documents to be scanned at the center.

My husband's appointment is tomorrow, in Croydon, and I am so nervous. I cant find any stories online about this or if anyone has had the same thing? Looking for any experience on this.
