FLR(M) docs

Hi all,

apologies if this has been asked before..but I wanted to be sure.

I will be applying for ILR this week on the basis of Tier 1 G - 5 yr rule

my wife whose PBS dependant visa was issued in August 2013 and had been
in the UK from Feb 2015, should apply for FLR(M) ? ( set m is? not an optin because of qualifyinf period and dont want
to extend PBS depednant due to cost)

a) can she apply FLR (M) ?

b ) what documents does she need to attach ?

please note that I will be applying at the same time as well for ILR.
