FLR(M) Financial requirement question

Hi All,

I am applying FLR(M) for my wife. At the time of marriage I was on ILR, she initially got 33 months expiring next month hence applying for extension under FLR(M) category.

My query is regarding Financial requirement. I am working as a contractor through umbrella company since May 2018. As the gross income varies every month I have selected "Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount".

So I need to show "Payslips covering any period of salaried employment (current and previous) in the period of 12 months prior to the date of application". I have payslips, Employment letter from May 2018 and I can meet the requirement using these earnings.

My questions is, do I need to provide Payslips, Employment letter from the previous employer also?
My understanding is if you meet the requirement then current employer is enough, only have doubts because of 'and' in the payslips requirement.

Can someone please clarify?
