FLR(O) or FLR(FP) Access To Child

quick question.

i know of a gentlemen who has british born child but his wife and him are currently in divorce proceedings.

The gentlemen has been given limited leave t remain for 3 months only to get court order for access to child but his family solicitor has said it is not soothing that will be granted within 3 months and may take up to a year

question is he is planing on making an application to home office for further leave on basis of pending contact order proceedings for access to child

is it the FLR(O) application he needs to submit or FLR(FP)?


I think it is the FLR(FP but just want other thought
