FLR FP application - Parents 4th extension - Child British Citizen

Dear Members,

FLR FP application:- "19 years 11 months old child", who is British citizen now, and parents with 3 extensions and legal stay 9 years in the UK. - Is this correct application?

Now Parents are doing 4th extension leading to ILR next year, just want to make sure correct application.

2 Applications used FLR (FP)

1) What type of visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission do you have to be in the UK? - Answer - Family
1a) Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth? - Answer- No
2) On what basis did you apply for your current visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission? - Answer -
"As the parent of a British citizen or settled child, or child with pre-settled status under the EUSS who is under 18, or who was under 18 when you were initially granted leave in this category and is not living an independent life"
3) If you were required to leave the UK, what country would you go to? - Answer - Country of birth
4) Give details of what happened - Answer - Visa refused
5) Do you have a partner who is not applying on this application? - Answer- Yes

Are these answers correct? Please suggest any correction.
