FLR-FP from Pakistan

Dear All,
Can you please help? (Apologies if this is not a relevant post - any help will be highly appreciated.)
To cut a long and distressing story short, we applied for ILR in 2016 but were refused this year. Instead me and my wife were granted FLR-FP visa. Now my wife has taken our two kids to Pakistan. Both kids don't have visa. They were born in UK. Only me and my wife have visas. Now I want kids to come back to UK. But in Pakistan, there is no category to apply for FLR-FP. What can I do now? My son is Autistic. Don't know which form to use from Pakistan. Thanks
