FLR(M) FROM WORKING HOLIDAY VISA

hi all,
i ve been on the working holiday visa for 15 months now, i just got married to a british citizen after getting my COA and i ve got an appointment at the PEO on 7th november to apply for my FLR.
the only problem i ve got is i ve worked for 3 weeks more on my 12 months work authorization and i resigned my job immediately i noticed this. also throughout my employment i took a 3 weeks paid holiday.
i just want to know the effect of this on my application.
