FLR(HSMP) Doubt - Acco in UK

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding Q22. Is your house in the UK?

Actually we are 4 friends sharing a flat and the lease is in only in one person's name (not mine). So legally only one should be staying.

Can I mention the answerthat it is 'Privately rented by you' .. Will they verify using my address and stuff?? As they have not asked for any rent lease or receipts.

I just received approval of my initial FLR(hsmp) application.

I didn't send any accommodation information to HO. I have a lease in my name, but didn't send it. Only bank statements.

I said I rented privately and stated the amount I paid per month.

In my case i need to know, if the HO guys do some verification as who holds the lease.......
As i dont hold a lease so am concerned abt my application.
