FLR-HSMP form question for HSMP ref number

Post by daveee » Tue Jun 12, 2007 9:37 am

Hi All,

I've been approved for HSMP and rec'd my letter. When filling out the FLR-HSMP form

2 questions
4. Your reference
16. Your reference number

Which reference number should I be using for these? My HSMP approval forms has 2 refs - 1. Your reference (which is blank) and 2. Our reference which has a 6 digit number. Which one do I use? Do I need to call to get 'my reference' number?

Docs I will be submitting (in country transfer from Working Hol -> HSMP)
- Passport
- 3 months wage slips
- 3 months bank statements
- 2x passport photos

Thanks!

I guess it is got to be the HSMP 6 digit ref no. You can confirm by calling. Could you please post your time lines for your approval, points claimed and docs submitted.

Apparently q4 - is if you have allocated your own reference number to the case.
16 - I guess is the HSMP approval letter ref num

FYI -
I had HSMP approval in 1 week in late May. In country application. 85 points claimed.
Docs submitted
- 12 months payslips
- P60 Tax Return
- Degree cert
- Transcript of results
- Letter of qualification
- Letter from employer stating wage
- Birth certificate
- Drivers license

cheers,
Dave
