flr hsmp

Hello,

I have got my HSMP pplication approved. I am in the process of filling the flr hsmp form and was confused with few sections.
Section 7 says (Only complete this section if you are already in the uk as an HSMP participant and are seeking to extend your leave within this category.)
I have been wrking here on Wrk permit.
So do I need to fill these sections.
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,

As you're switching from WP to HSMP, that means that you're filing an initial HSMP application. As such, you do not need to fill out Section 7 on the FLR form. Section 7 only concerns people who have been in the UK on HSMP status for the last 2 years and now need to re-apply.
