FLR M form query about employment

Hey members! Hope you are well. I had a question on this regarding my wife’s visa extension. She has been working for this same employer for more than 2 years. Even though she is a full time employee like everyone else but her contract is fixed term because of her visa status and that fix term end date is her visa expiry date. Will that be any issue? Her salary is more than the required threshold. Also we started filling out the form and in the form it asks is the employment permanent or temporary? Which option do we select?
