FLR (M) - So many questions

FLR (M) - So many questions

Hi,
I am new to the board and looking for some help (if possible) with my FLR (M) application as our current situation makes it all a little confusing. We have a lot of questions and i appreciate that they may not all get answered - but any help is greatly appreciated.


Our circumstances:

I am Australian and my UK spouse visa was granted in 2013 and now due to expire on March 9th. We have since had a child - born in Australia as i needed to return there whilst pregnant due to my fathers illness. He consequently passed away and I stayed to give birth there before returning to the UK. My daughter has both an Australian and British passport now. We are confident that we can cover all aspects of the FLR Application especially in terms of Financial and Accomodation requirements. It's very complicated though because of the following:

- We relocated from London to Bath on 11th December 2015
- My husband started a new job in Bristol on 4th January 2016
- We're currently living with my in-laws in Bath until after we've made the application (Premium service booked for 13/01).

QUESTIONS


We have Premium Service booked in Cardiff on 13.02.16. How do these meetings work .. will the staff go through the application or will they just take it away to be reviewed privately ?



Application

1.9) Do I have another nationality?

- I was born in Lebanon but have no birth certificate/passport for there - only my Australian passport. Do I consider this another nationality – include this ?

2.3) What extension are we applying for ‘first period of leave to remain’ or ‘second period of leave to remain’?

4.4) f) Nationality of my daughter ? British and/or Australian as she had both passports? Is this what they mean as dual passport ?

f) Details of where lived in another country - we stayed with my mum whilst i was pregnant and for a few weeks after giving birth - do i include address/who with etc. ?

4.7) Further information relevant to application: - main points of what we should include ? We plan to include reasons why daughter was born in Australia but what else ? Should we include how we pursued acquiring birth cert and passport for her in Australia the again in UK ?

5.2) When did you enter the UK ?

- Does this mean the first time ever (had Youth Mobility Visa – 2011) or when entered on a Spouse Visa -2013 ?

5.3) What category was I granted permission on to enter UK ie; previous question – Youth mobility visa or Spouse visa or both ?

6.19) Where do you plan to live in UK ?

- We plan to move to Bristol but obviously can’t give address or details yet – what should we include?



7.) (Finance)


The main part we're struggling with is the financial requirements and which category we fall in to. I'm aware that my husband has been in his current job less than 6 months but his salary is £22,200 p/annum and it is a permanent position.
His previous job that he was in for approx 2 years ended 4th December 2015 and was salaried at £25,000 . Evidence of both won't be a problem.
He has approximately £15,000 savings

I am currently employed in a permanent position in London on £27,000 p/annum but am still on Statutory Maternity pay/leave and won't be returning. I plans to hand in my notice when beforethat ends in June. How does this play into our finances and the categories we should be in?

I have approximately £20,000 in savings in a UK account and £23,500 in a savings account in Australia.



7.3) a) xv)- My Sponsors total income from Salaried employment before tax in the 12 months prior to this application.

- Our Premium service apt booked 13/02/16. Does this mean my husband can use his new jobs earnt income to date for this question – going back to 13/02/15 ie; 12 months prior to this application ?



Do I need to include Child Benefits income even if we are not using it in my Financial requirement calculation ?
