FLR EU Paper work

Hi Every one

I am married to an EU citizen, my 5 years visa is running out in June2008.

1 - How soon can i apply for FLR

My wife hasn't been working in the las 5 years, I am the one working in the family therfore she has no P60'S

2 - Can i apply with my P60s instead of hers ??

You don't apply for FLR, you on the EU rules route if you have an EEA FP. As far as I know with EEA route there is no financial test.
