FLR(M) Processing times - Urgent reponse

Post by andy_pandy » Thu Nov 10, 2011 11:21 am

Hi,

I want to know the current processing times for FLR(M) route currently are?

My current visa expires december 15 and my place of work have informed they will provide notice to terminate my employment one month before my visa expires. I submitted an electronic version around the 20th of oct and supporting documents followed one week later.

Since i was informed about my employment i sent a letter last thursday to UKBA informing them of my situation because you cannot phone/email about the status of your application

I was wondering what other options might be available to me in either finding out a decision or at least bring to their attention my problem

Thanks,
Andy Pandy

What is your current immigration status?
Have you submitted your FLR(M) application?

Sorry, shouldn't have asked the second question - I missed noting that the information was already posted.

If you have made an in-time, valid application then your current PSW leave will remain extant even after the date of its stated expiry while your FLR(M) is processed ... under Section 3C. Show the document to your employer for them to understand that terminating you for the reason that your PSW leave is going to expire will be unlawful.
