WP - FLR query

Hi
I work for firm A through Work Permit in UK. Firm B is proccessing my WP. After getting letter from HO, I need to complete FLR on the passport for working with Firm B. Incase if I am not interested in firm B offer, can i still continue in Firm A by not completing the FLR.

Appreciate your response.
