FLR Query

Hi Guys,

Have couple of queries on FLR part..

(1) Do we need Rental Agreement ?
(2) Do we need employer letter about salary?

While I understand that these two are not mentioned in Guidance or FLR form, I would like to hear your personal experience regarding this.

Although it is not mentioned anywhere about rent agreement during FLR, i have seen at least one case being mentioned in the forum about the caseworker callking up to ask for it. And at the same time few others have had their FLR approved without any accomodation papers. For my work permit FLR i did not anything else other than what is mentioned in the guidance. i dont know if HSMP FLR functions differently. Letter from employer is definately not required if you are supplying wage slips and/or bank statements!!!

Recently I got my FLR (HSMP) approved with neither rental agreement nor employer letter. My other documents were in very good shape though, as required by the guidance.
