FLR questions

Can anyone share experience regarding the following pls:

1. Home ownership evidence - the original name of our property is A on the deeds, I changed the house name to B last year with the council, all my bills have the name B, but I have not changed the name on the deeds, it is still A. Will this be a problem?

2. Evidence of cohabitation- can i submit a few utility bills printed from online? those companies will not send us replacements...
