FLR(s) refused, Appeal allowed, College closed

Hi,

My partner ( wife ) came to UK on student visa in 2007. In Jan 09 she applied for student extension. PBS was launched in Apr 09 and this college was shut down.

She did not enrol in any other college because we had a baby and she was just looking after.

In Nov 09, we decided to apply for COA while FLR (s) app was pending.

Last week March 10, she received FLR(s) refusal along appeal form.

This case is being handled by IAS. Her solicitor is now going to make an appeak on the basis of Article 8 ( Human rights ) because she can not satisfy HO that she is an active student.

Just wondering what could be the outcome?
