FLR(O) refused

Post by Alisalman » Tue Jan 05, 2016 3:07 pm

Hi
I have a question if anyone can help me

My entrepreneur visa was refused last year and I went into appeal and finally the appeal was refused from the higher tribunal but in the meanwhile I asked home office for the permission to get married to a British citizen which they granted me in August 2014 and I got married in August. And I applied for visa on FLR O form because my wife was earning £18,600 but my application was refused stating that the evidence are not sufficient. Anyone can help me please what should I do.

Regards

You will have to see if you can address the deficiencies in the evidence.
If you can you could think about submitting another application.

So members could advise you may like to post the key points of the refusal.

Hi
As per my old post, i received a letter from HO that I should leave the country. Anyway, i called HO and informed them about my intention of leaving on the 4th of Feb and the adviser told me that i wouldn't be overstayed by that time as he cant see on his system but he further said, if i apply from overseas as a dependent,it will be the entry clearance officer's discretion if he considers me over-stayer or not. Can anyone help me,if apply from overseas, will i be considered as a over-stayer or not?

Thanks
