Why would the HO deny extension for a dependent? Even if you have claimed spouse points it is in no way mandatory that your spouse should work and work in a well paid job.

My understanding is that the original poster:

1. Applied for HSMP (including points for spouse) and was successful i.e. got 1 year approval

2. Applied for HSMP EC without including dependents and was successful.

3. Entered the UK and at some time in HSMP year 1 applied for the dependents EC which was refused on the basis that he did not have a high enough level of income to overcome concerns about maintaining and accomodating.

The OP now wants to know whether this will impact on his HSMP renewal (FLR IED). IMHO if the applicant can demonstrate that he has continued to seek employment/ self employment in his profession then renewal will not be an issue. EC for dependents will continue to be a problem on the stated income - out of interest why is this considerably low? What is your designated profession? Likewise, I recall if memory serves me correct, the op being in the accounting field - AFAIK there is not a major problem with suitable employment in this sector in the UK.

we shold have at least one year british experience to get a good job in UK

I have one 3.5 yrs and one 9 month kids, for accomdation i enterd agreement with my collegeue who have rented 2 bed room flat and to share one room and orher facilities with him ( not acceptable to )

Initial i use to collect most of my earning in cash so not able to show my earnings by way of salary slips to EC

now i learned a lesson , at present working for a college to teach ACCA, MBA students and part time working with accounting firm (Not much paying )

but i get from college a salary slip of 1475 pm from last 3 months


this time i booked 2 bed room house and paid gbp 1700 as advance and in my bank account a bal of gbp 8500 and going to apply in may
