I processed FLR(m) for my visa, she is Tier 1 dependent. She did not complete 2 years in UK so I need to process this visa after I got my PR the same day morning appointment.
Check my PR processing details linke here. http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=62079
Actually there is no time line to process the FLR(m) for my kind of scenario. Tier 1 was valid till Jan 2013. She would be eligible for PR next year Nov. Since I got my PR now, the Tier 1 depedent visa is not valid any more. So when I called UKBA office they said i need to process FLR(m) asap but no timelines he gave.
To avoid issue later when I process PR for my wife and also she is going on holidays now, when she returns I dont want her to be stopped in the airport saying her visa is not valid.
So I processed FLR(m) on the same day as mine. I got my appointment morning slopt and got her appoint afternoon slot, hoping I will get my PR approved.
I submitted
- last 3 months payslip and bank statements
my passport and her passport
2 photos of my wife and 1 photo of mine
marriage certificate
- Biometric registration
biometric - actual fingeprints and photo they will take
case consideration. During this process they will ask all the documents.
it was simple and easy.
