dear friends

just to brief, I m a british national my wife joined me as a spouse in 2009 on a visa of 27 months, she joined me after 6 months from the visa start date, so at the end of her above visa she was required another 3 months extension to cover the shortage of minimum 2 years as a spouse to become eligible to apply for ILR. at the same time she could not completed her esol/life in the uk test, we applied for extension in jan 2011 on the basis of the above reasons by using FLR (M) form.

on 06.04.2011 my wife was given Discretionary Leave of 3 years due to family life and was asked to get another extension of 3 years and than she will be eligible for ILR. as her extension is due as mentioned above following are my questions

1- which form to use for extension of her satay FLR (O) or FLR (M)
2- at this stage does she requires B1 eglish language qualifications ( she already has passed her Life in the UK test in Jan 2013)
3- was I allowed to get child tax credit & working tax credit during above leave ( actually I m in receipt of these benefits since april 2013).
