FLR M

Post by zebra3 » Tue Dec 01, 2009 11:00 pm

Hello All

I sent my FLR m application form based on a marriage 28th october 08, and since then my solicitor sent them more paper work over the year and on 29 october 09 I got a letter from the home office requesting the following

the papers below ll had to be dated of no more than last 3 months

-2 unseparted passport photos of my self
-evidence of current address of my self and my Wife
-wife's passport to prove her immigration status
-confirmation of a method of entry questionnaire
-confirmation of any paid or unpaid jobs
-notify of any changes in circumenctences
-confirmation if we have any children

my solicitor sent all the papers requested on 18th of November withing the 28 days deadline as the mail was delayed by postal strike.

has anyone had such a letter from home office and how long will it take the Home office to deal with it?

My solicitor told me that they are looking actively at my application.

Thanks
