FLR Vs EC

Are there any cases where the HSMP has been approved and the FLR rejected when applying for the visa? ( I am on a WP and now will have to apply for the visa to switch to HSMP ).

Unfortunately I am out of work for the last one month and hence will not be able to submit the last month's payslip.

What are the chances that FLR might be rejected. If the FLR is rejected can I use the same HSMP letter and get an EC by applying from my country.

You should get your FLR without any problem even if you have not worked in the month before. I have not heard of FLR rejected based on reasons you have given. You should also be aware that HSMP is intially only for a year.
