Sorry if this question is a repeat on the forum but was not able to find any recent replies in regards to this so thought to check again, incase there is anyone who has applied recently and is able to help.
So we are in the process of applying for a spouse visa extension and have all necessary documents in place. As per the process now, we would be uploading these documents to UKVACS system but wanted to check if uploading electronic bank statements and payslips would be fine?
i have read the Home office's guidance as below:
- Payslips must be original formal payslips issued by the Employer and showing the Employer’s name, or be accompanied by a letter from the Employer, on their headed paper and signed by a senior official confirming they are authentic.
- Bank statements must be on official bank stationery. Alternatively, electronic bank statements can also be accepted for all bank accounts (the account itself does not have to be exclusively online) as long as they are either accompanied by a letter from the bank on its headed stationery confirming that the documents are authentic or which bear the official stamp of the issuing bank on every page.
Is there anyone who has submitted online bank statements and payslips and has had a successful application ?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
