I Have limited leave to remain based on family life outside the immigration rules which is soon to be expire this year in august. (Article

I will be soon qualify for one of the immigration rule :-
(v) is aged 18 years or above and under 25 years and has spent at least half of his life living continuously in the UK
I would have lived at least half of my life in october 2019 as i do not qualify for half of the life rule at the date of expiry of my current leave.
Please can someone advice if i need to vary the application which can buy me a time for 2 months if i submit the application in july. I am seeking for a leave within the immigration rules as i meet the criteria after 2 months of expiry of my current leave.
If Home office decide my case within 2 months but still outside the immigration rules then do i need to submit another application to get the leave within the rule with additional fees for making application after 2 months? What would be the best scenario?
Question is
1. Does varying application to buy 2 months time will break my 3c leave?
2. Does home office decide the case based on date of application submited or even if i include the cover letter explaining that i will qualify for leave after 2 months and decide my application based on half of the life rule even if i am 2 months away from meeting the criteria is that going to work in my favour?
3. If home office decide my case again based on family life outside the rules again will i have any chance to submit application again when i meet the half of the life rule while i will be still under 25 years old?
4. Will the home office still consider my application under the half of the life rule if i am aged 25 by the time home office decide my case?
Please answer this 4 questions. anyone in this forum?? please help
