FLR(FP) whilst zambrano application is pending

Hello everyone,

I have been a reader for a while and need an advise on what best option for my visa application .

The issue I have is I put in zambrano application in March 2014 and was given a certifcate of application (COA) with right to work on the same month .At the moment my zambrano application is still pending . I put in the zambrano application myself without any soilicitor but after I read some of the topics on this forum I have got to know that FLR(FP) leads to permanent residence whilst zambrano does not.

My question are as follows:
1. Can I put in FLR(FP) application with fee waiver whilst my zambrano is awaiting decision from the homeoffice ?
2.What route do I qualify for as a parent of a british child (5 year route or 10 year route)if I have the following documents:


Nhs appointments letters for my child
child's british passport which is already in the homeoffice for the zambrano application
Child's britsh certificate
Residence court order from the court
A surpervison order from the court
A letter from my daughter social worker
-nhs appointment letters for me
Financial invoice showing i receive money from the local authourity
Tenancy agreement showing the local authority housing me and my daughter
Letter from my ex-partner stating we separate

You can apply for FLR while zambrano is outstanding, but they will probably reject it.

If you apply for a fee waiver, the cost to apply should be free. You could therefore just do it anyway.

What route do you think I could apply?

Well, if you are a zambrano carer, you may look into Family Leave to Remain schedule O.

Although, others seem to apply under FLR schedule P.

The question is whether to go for the Human Rights angle, or not.

It depends on your finances, and whether or not you have a partner.
