Hi I am on FLRM right now and my next extension is due in June this year. I made a traffic offence in October last year and today I have received a summons letter from court to appear or send my letter. My offence was “I was driving on my provisional licence on my own and I took a wrong turn” due to which I have been convicted with 2 allegations 1. I took the wrong turn and didn’t follow the traffic lights and 2. Driving alone on provisional licence.
I am ready to plead guilty and pay the fine etc. But I am really really worried about my visa extension which is due in 3 months. I have been living in UK from 2014 with my husband and I had no criminal record before. My history was absolutely clean and clear before this incident happened. Is there anyone to help and guide and tell me if it’s actually gona effect my visa application and what could be the penalty etc.
Please help.
