EC for Dependants - Please Help

Hi,

Last month I came to UK under HSMP (Transitional Arrgmts). Now I want to apply dependant EC for my Wife and Daughter.

For dependants we need to have 1,600 + 1,600 GBP as maintenance funds. I already have this money (PF money + Final settlements from India). Can I apply EC for them now or need to wait for 3 months ? Please clarify.

You need to show 800 pounds for youself too, in addition to the 1600 pounds for each dependent. AFAIK, contributions in PF cannot be shown as evidence of maintenance funds. The 3 month condition still applies.

Since you are now in UK, you will be required to show evidence of accommodation as well.
