For OCI Application, Spouse documents requirements

Hi,


I am applying for OCI based on self (Indian Origin). I am married but seperated from last 6 years. Not legally divorced.

The application has questions on marital status and requires supporting documents.I have the marraige certificate, but do not have spouse's OCI or UK passport details.

Can I still apply for OCI? Are Spouse's documents required?
