Foreign Births Registration Support Hub - phone line always busy

Hello, I've tried calling FBR Support Hub (+353 1 568 3331) on several occasions at different times of day over the last few weeks. Seems like they've stopped taking calls. Each time I call, there's an engaged tone and my phone tells me the line is busy. The call then cuts out. However, I called FBR a few months ago and didn't have this problem (I was in a queue for about 25 mins).

Has anyone else had this problem with the line being 'busy'?
