Forgot BRP collection

Hello,
Good morning. I applied for Tier-2 depended visa for my daughter from outside UK in Nov, 2021 and it got approved. As per the rules, visa was given as vignette on passport for 30 days and was asked to collect BRP at the requested post office. However, before we travel to UK my daughter had illness and was in ICU for 3 days after which me and my family safely reached UK.
After the arrival I completely forgot (I was extremely stressed about my daughter's health followed by me and my wife diagnosed with Covid and had to self isolate for at least a month) to collect the BRP from Post-Office.
Couple of days ago, my wife's uncle expired back home and she (also took my daughter) had to leave UK on emergency on basis. As my daughter is now out of UK and she doesn't have a BRP, what are my options to get new BRP? Any suggestions are most appreciated.
