I forgot to include middle names for both me and my partner on FLR(M) visa application

Post by tharoufizon » Thu May 18, 2023 3:38 pm

So I was doing one final review of my application after paying the IHS surcharge but before paying the application fee and submitting the application, and noticed that I had stupidly forgotten to add both my and my partner's middle names in the application. Since I have paid the IHS surcharge, I cannot go back and fix it.

What is my best option?
  • Submit anyway, and include a letter explaining my mistake and providing our full names
  • Cancelling the application entirely and wait for the refund before doing a new application
  • Start a new application and copy/paste the IHS surcharge number over to the new application?
Thanks for any help you can provide, I am feeling rather silly at the moment.

First option and so far the preferred names are as per what is on the passport.
