Forgotten visa rejection date on lost passport

Forgotten visa rejection date on lost passport

I intend to travel to usa on B1 visa from london embassy to attend a conference, I was previously rejected on a student visa from my home country a long time back in december 2000. However I lost that passport in london a few years ago along with my laptop and other staff(have police certificate) and have a new passport.

Now to fill up DS56 it is asking for the visa rejection date which I have forgotten and dont have any documents to remind me of that. Can anyone suggest what I am supposed to do?
