Form AN1 Question 3.8 and 3.9

Hi

I am going to apply for Naturalization

I have 6 points on licence, driving without insurance, it was FPN and paid the fine (not through the court) on August 2013
I have attended a speeds awareness course as well Nov 2013, for speeding 70 on 60 miles road.

Do I need to say YES to on question 3.8 and fill out 3.9
3.8 Do you have any civil judgments against you or any civil penalty under the UK

OR

Can I mention these in further information sheet ? Page 15

I have (or should I say had) an FPN from Dec 2008. Someone on the forum advised me to list it under Further Information sheet and tick no in the question. I have my NCS tomorrow and will be carrying few spare print outs of the form in case I am advised otherwise.
