Hi,
Limited Company Director applying for Naturalisation via NCS. I've read some of advice threads but they have become too long to go through all.

Form AN questions:
Q1) Address of Employer will be Limited Company address. Yes/No?

Q2) Yes/No?
- Employment History : I'm inclined to put the limited company name and not the end client name
- Was working for Umbrella for a short time and their name instead of client name

Q3) HMRC are sending me the SA302 that i do not have. Is this required? I may not get this before the appointment. Required/Not required? I've ticked Director for Q 1.46

Q4) UTR number/company docs/P60's I have - Are there any other docs needed? I'm assuming they do not need business bank account statements and contracts.

Q5) Docs list
- Form AN
- BRP + Passport + Life in UK + one of Degree/PB calculator print out
- UTR number
- Self assessment statement of account SA302??

Anything else? Utility bill? Personal bank statement?
